In early 2000, as soon as the freehold sale of properties started in Dubai we were appointed as one of the first agents for marketing of Emaar Properties for theirs projects such as Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina & Gold & Diamond Park & we are indeed proud of our achievements that we have succeeded in selling almost Eighty (80) plots at Emirates Hills, leased the maximum space at Gold & Diamond Park , and we have to date sold many apartments at Dubai Marina, Greens and Emaar Towers, Down Town Burj, Old Town and many villas at the Meadows, Hattan, Springs and Arabian Ranches, as well as Umm Al Quwain Marina. No agent comes close to us as far as our performance in selling plots at Emirates Hills & other Emaar projects is concerned and having generated sales of over 1 Billion Dirhams with Emaar only.
