Hailing from Romania, Serghei's career has taken him to Moldova for the UN Programme for Immigration & Development, and to Ireland where he spent 2 years working in digital marketing. Serghei switched careers to become a real estate agent as he enjoys meeting new people and learning about their thought processes and their expectations. Maintaining that the rate of return on investment is between 6% to 12% annually coupled with economic stability & safety, Serghei strongly believes that Dubai is the best market for an investment in real estate.
