Ruqia joined Real Estate in 2018 . Dealing with clients with complete honesty and going the extra mile are some of her strengths. Her approach is to understand the client's requirements followed by educating them of the options that suits their requirement while weighing in the pros and cons. A big part of her role is also managing a client's expectation when it comes to buying or selling with realistic figures. Having studied engineering, being detail-oriented is one of her skills.
