As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Aventa Realty, Nick epitomizes a commitment to excellence in the real estate industry. His journey began in 2018 when he relocated to Dubai intrigued by the real estate market and sales industry. Quickly finding his feet and becoming a successful broker, he aspired to establish his own real estate agency, a venture he has embarked upon alongside his wife, Fiona Lee. Having amassed a collective six years’ experience thus far, Nick and Fiona realized a shared aspiration – to deliver a service characterized by its transparent ethos, genuine empathy, and unwavering dedication. Nick specializes in sales within Dubai Marina, as well as off-plan projects across Dubai. Nick prides himself in understanding the markets and continuously develops his business, real estate and financial knowledge.
