About Me

Originally from Lebanon, Nancy grew up in the US and has worked across a range of challenging industries. Moving to Dubai in 2012, she was delighted to join Emirates Airline. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, her ultimate goal is always to exceed clients' expectations. She joined haus & haus as part of the Holiday Rental team as a Short-Term Rentals Consultant, but soon found her passion in Guest Relations. Nancy is obsessed with her clients and is always working hard to deliver great customer service.
