Khalid is a positive, energetic, and creative real estate professional having around 12 years of real estate experience. Khalid started his career back in India and later on in the UAE’s real estate market as a Sales and Leasing Negotiator, and later moved on to a top real estate companies in Dubai. He has been responsible for the successful management of all aspects of Sales and Leasing, providing training to junior staff members, managing all real estate activities and improvements to an extremely high standard with minimum disruption and within set timescales. One of Khalid’s key attributes is his ability to listen to his clients and understand precisely their needs. His friendly and enthusiastic approach allows him to build strong relationships with all those who come into his contact.
