Canadian professional with over Fifteen years of Banking, Commodities and Advisory experience in multiple industries mainly Real Estate with an MBA from IE business school. I have led and executed multiple complex transactions across different industries including technology, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure and commodities for both institutional corporate and government entities. I evaluated and advised on potential acquisition opportunities in real estate projects worth over 700 million Euros. I participated in the creation of MOUs, broker mandates, shareholder agreements and memorandums as well as the creation of real estate and Islamic funds (P.P.M).
