About Me

Joseph moved to Dubai in Dec 2011. He worked in big UAE companies like Du Telecom, Etisalat, Yellow Pages and Al Najm Thuraya. It was in 2017 when he got the chance to work at Blueground but as operations executive. Because of the market situation back then, he thought of setting aside his first love which is sales and just focus in the operations. After sometime, he was promoted to Guest Relations Officer because of the way he handled the clients for viewings. Surprisingly, he can turn the viewings into closed deals so he had some realization that maybe his calling was really sales and he really needed to step out of the comfort zone. It was early this year, when he finally expressed his interest in applying for the sales position. Lo and behold that Joseph was able to prove his knack for sales as he was able to close long term deals, collect good amount of cash and build good working relationships with existing clients that helped him to get new clients through their referrals.
