Originally from Egypt, and has experience since 2021 in real estate and all areas of Abu Dhabi and sub areas. I believe that being able to speak with clients & potential customers in a friendly & open manner is a huge asset so I told to myself that I have to keep this kind of personality. To gain a high chance of having a successful deal, we as an agents should know what are the needs & wants of our prospected customers. I also ensure that I know the budget that they can provide, so when I already determine what they are looking for & how much is their capacity, I'm working hard to meet their expectations and I'm giving them a lot of options. I guide and assist my customers and landlords on what's the current demand on the market under the best term. I always give them my 100% service, hoping that they will have the property that suit them very well. I always do my best to make them satisfied. And I always listen to them because I believe that "Customers should be put as top priority.
