He initially started his UAE real estate career with Kennedy Property focusing on long term rentals and property sales in Dubai Marina. Gerard quickly realised the added value short term rentals offered for both tenants and landlords and decided to move to our partner company Kennedy Property Rentals where he could build on this interest.
