General Manager and Director Sajjad Hoque graduated from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Civil Engineering. His experience is from working with Channel Tunnel project to working with Central London property agents Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward to JAC Strattons in Regents Park London as Branch Manager. I always bought property for Rental Returns in excess of 8% and despite the pricing downturn, have benefited from exceptional rental returns and capital growth.
